Involutus provides tablet compression for food supplement products. Current round tablet formats include 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm. Production suitability and minimum quantities depend on the project and formulation.

Round tablets: 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm
Tablet suitability depends on the formulation: not every powder blend can be compressed. Compressibility, flow behaviour and the required ingredient dose are evaluated for each project before tablet diameter is confirmed.

Tablet manufacturing questions
Tablet diameter alone does not determine tablet weight. Final weight depends on the formulation, bulk density, compressibility of the blend, tablet thickness, target hardness and other technological parameters.
