What you can order

  • Standalone raw material blending to an agreed formula
  • Blend preparation for encapsulation or tablet manufacturing
  • Blend preparation for subsequent filling or handover to the client
  • Assessment of customer formula and raw material suitability

Our equipment

500 L ribbon blender

One of our powder blending devices. 500 L is equipment volume, not product mass. Working fill and batch mass are selected according to raw material and blend properties.

V-blenders

We also use V-blenders. The specific blender and process parameters are selected after assessing the project; capacity and practical batch limits are agreed individually.

Blender volume is not the same as product mass. Working fill and batch mass depend on raw material density, blend properties and technological requirements.

Information needed to assess your blend

  • Number of ingredients and their ratios
  • Planned batch mass and bulk density, if known
  • Flow, moisture sensitivity and tendency to clump
  • Particle size and other important raw material differences
  • Product purpose and subsequent manufacturing stage
  • Composition, allergen and material handling requirements
  • Whether separate raw materials or a ready blend are supplied

Cooperation options

You have a formula and raw materials

Provide the agreed formula and raw materials. We discuss blending conditions and the subsequent use of the blend.

You have a formula but need raw materials

Raw material supply and blend preparation options are assessed for your specific project.

You have a product idea

We can separately discuss formula development and, if needed, flavour development.

Raw material sourcing and formula development are discussed separately, not automatically included in blending.

Formula development

Blending process

  1. 01

    Inquiry

Provide the product description, formula or available information, quantity and required services.

  2. 02

    Technical assessment

Assess the formula and raw materials, then select suitable equipment and batch size.

  3. 03

    Quotation

Agree blending scope, raw material supply, price and requested timing.

  4. 04

    Material receipt

Receive agreed raw materials with their specifications and batch details.

  5. 05

    Blending

Prepare the blend to the agreed formula and technical brief.

  6. 06

    Next stage

The blend proceeds to agreed encapsulation, tablet compression or filling, or is prepared for the client.

What affects price and batch size

  • Ingredient count, formula and raw material properties
  • Bulk density, working fill and suitable equipment selection
  • Planned batch mass and subsequent-stage requirements
  • Raw material supply and separately ordered formula development

Price, quantity and timing are agreed per project. Blending batch mass in kilograms and filling package count are different quantities; no shared universal minimum applies.

Next stage — powder filling

The prepared blend can be handed over to the client or proceed to separately agreed filling into bottles, jars and doypack pouches.
