Product and packaging suitability assessment

  • Product composition: single-component powder or blend
  • Flow, bulk density, particle size and tendency to clump
  • Moisture sensitivity and product handling requirements
  • Packaging shape, opening, material and closure
  • Powder weight per pack and planned package quantity
  • Labels, accessories and requested additional operations

Single-component powder filling terms do not automatically apply to every blend. We assess the product and packaging before confirming the order.

Who can supply product and packaging materials

  • Customer-supplied ready powder or blend
  • Bottles, jars, doypack pouches and caps
  • Labels, scoops, dispensers and agreed accessories
  • Transport cases

The client may supply materials. Involutus sourcing options, material selection and terms are agreed separately.

Additional operations per project

Labelling

  • Label application
  • Additional sticker application
  • Batch number and date marking

Sealing & accessories

  • Bottle induction sealing
  • Silica gel / desiccant insertion
  • Dispenser or measuring scoop insertion, per project

Final packaging

  • Transport case packing
